Placing an Order
Choose the products you wish to purchase by browsing the website using the product categories or search facilities.
You can edit or delete items from your shopping basket.
All of our prices include VAT

Completing your Transaction
Once you are happy with your selection proceed to the checkout where you will be required to provide your name, address, delivery and payment details over a secure server connection.
Or you can pay through Paypal, you will find the option to do so during checkout.
You will receive an email confirming your order.
Delivery Information
Our carriage charges depend on a number of factors including the weight and size of the consignment.
We dispatch all consignments on a next working day basis
(providing an item is in stock)
(not Saturday or Sunday)
We will contact you if there is any delay to your order.
Deliveries usually require a signature.
When receiving the delivery from the carrier please examine the outer packaging before accepting delivery.
If there appears to be any sign of damage to the packaging please make a note to this effect beside your signature.
Please be specific about damage.
Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery.
To do so, please email us at:
websales@maxwellsdiy.co.uk giving a brief outline of the reasons for which you are rejecting the goods. To cancel the goods you must return them to us at your own expense ensuring:
- They are unused and
- In their original packaging and
- Packed adequately to prevent damage in transit.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the good before they are returned to us and damage has occurred we will charge you for their reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not effect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
If the goods are in any way defective please contact us immediately.
